Through storytelling I weave creatively the complex tapestry of life to inspire people to dare and live fearlessly real in their own authentic way to do good, be well and live now, whether its sharing my personal life journey, disclosing the complexity of serving others in humanitarian action, the importance of self-care practices in strengthening resilence and wellbeing, the challenges of being a woman in humanitarian leadership roles, or how such learnings can be applied in practice.
