RESILIENCE AND WELLBEING IN AIDTM

Whether you’re newly entering the sector or have been in the game for some time and feeling in need of some TLC, the resilience and wellbeing program will support you in strengthening your whole-self to be better equipped to do good, be well and live in the now. The personalised program incorporates a combination of key elements tried and tested fundamental to holistic wellness, restorative and contemplative practices like meditation and yoga, informed evidence theory and experiential skills building. Such approaches will provide you with a grounded foundation to be better equipped to navigate amidst work and lifestyle challenges by building resilience and feeling a sense of wellbeing and contentment.
The Resilence and Wellbeing in AidTM program is designed for individuals working in humantarian, development and community organisations that want to rediscover their inner human essence, explore possibilities to cultivate transformative change and learn how to gain greater clarity and interconnectedness with their mind + body + spirit.
As Maya Angelou says ‘If you get, give, if you learn, teach’. Having received and learnt life affirming teachings throughout my life, I would love to be able to work with and support you on your journey.
Resilience and Wellbeing Intensive - 2 days
private sessions (in person or virtual) - various locations globally
When was the last time you dedicated two whole days to yourself with an expert? Time to purely focus on you, opening your heart to the practice of self-love and rediscovering your inner radiance, to live a life you love that aligns your emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual health and wellbeing.
Maximising the time we spend together, you will be guided and supported in various areas of your life through the RWiA intensive program. With no stone left unturned we will peel back various layers of your life and all things mind, body, spirit to be able to craft and cultivate a life you love and an authentic approach to wellness that works for you! Choose from a number of locations globally on offer that work best for you.
Resilience and Wellbeing Support - 4 Months
private monthly or fortnightly sessions (skype or zoom)
If your looking for holistic guidance and support to resilience and wellbeing spread out over a much longer period of time then the RWiA support program may just be the perfect fit for you. Over a period of four months you will receive 8 X 50 minute sessions via skype or zoom. This will also allow you sufficient time in between sessions to explore a deeper a sense of connection with your inner essence, as you weave in the practices and information gained towards a journey of transformative change.

setting the stage by grounding with intention, reconnecting with meaning and purpose

meeting yourself in the now, navigating through the personal and professional divides of your aid worker journey

crafting and cultivating authentic self-care practice that aligns the mind, body and spirit
manifest and transform
crafting your unique approach to living, that harnesses and strengthens your resilience and wellbeing
